    great breakfast for backpacking

    I purchased this after two failed attempts at dehydrating my own quinoa. Im making a lot of food for a month long through hike and don’t have much time to dehydrate my own food. I was happy to discover this dehydrated quinoa. I made a bomb overnight breakfast by mixing this quinoa with steel cut oats (not instant) dry coconut milk, dry fruit, nuts and coconut flakes. Add cold water the night before, and next day this amazing breakfast is ready to eat when i get up. Much better than oats alone and i could even skip the oats altogether. Or make it savory by adding some bullion, butter and milk powder and bacon bits. Amazing stuff!

    Tasty

    This was surprisingly tasty, just like real quinoa, and so easy to make! Saved me a lot of time since I can just make some in five minutes throughout the day.

    Very good

    Please bring back wild rice. The quinoa was a replacement but doesn’t hold a candle to your wild rice. PLEASE bring back wild rice. Thank you
