Sleek, light and slim were my first impressions of the HP Envy 15.6 Full HD X360! I'm in love with the versatility of this powerful laptop! A breeze to set up, I was on the Internet in no time. Virtual Assistant Cortana guides you verbally thru each step. My previous HP laptop files transferred over to my new HP Envy immediately with no problem. Microsoft Edge for Windows 10 was offered to download, updated with no issues. The dual speakers are clear, the sound crisp. Over all audio quality is excellent. Picture quality is vibrant and sharp. Speed of the processor enjoyably fast with no lag. All and all runs efficiently and I feel very productive in getting things accomplished with ease. No loading issues, freezing or pausing while using Netflix/games. Skype calls offer perfect communication, no issues with delayed back and forth conversation, great video and clarity. Picture editing for my photos, not complicated, fun and enjoyable results. Features that make this HP Envy stand out as exceptional for me...... -SOLID security and privacy features. I feel very protected while using both the thumb print sign in to log in and the automatic camera shut off option to turn off camera. With my old computer I kept a piece of black tape over the camera lens. This computer eliminates that need. -Whether Internet surfing on the couch with my feet up, at my desk in the office or on a plane, the ability to rotate the laptop 360º in 4 different positions makes using this PC a pleasure. It bends to the perfect spot I need, for the environment I'm using it in. Comfort wise, my favorite laptop ever. - A back light makes all the difference. I struggled with my old computer to see the keyboard at night. Not only are the keys lit, but bright and easy on the eyes. -The touch screen. Such an advantage to have. Smooth, with the ability to glide thru the web using my finger tips. Easy to maneuver. -Simple to switch from Laptop to Tablet! -LONG battery life! -Google Classroom Compatible The HP ENVY is a quality Laptop that checks all the boxes for my needs. Fast, durable and easy to use! Beautiful design. JUST LOVE IT!

The first thing I noticed right out of the box was the thin, elegant and lightweight design. I set aside the evening to get to know my new laptop. I was determined I was not going to ask my kids or grandkids for help. I was prepared with a glass of wine for the obvious frustrations I was about to experience. I didn't need all night, I just needed about 5 minutes before I had it set up and ready to go. My vision isn't the best anymore, but the graphics are sharp and clear. The colors are bright and the text easy to read. I didn't have to do much in settings at all. The welcome screen did all the work, leading me through every step. The software is intuitive, anticipating what you need and giving you clear, easy steps to follow. The touchscreen is responsive and accurate. I don't have to fight with facial recognition or a password. I can open it with my fingerprint. The process could not have been easier. The processor is fast enough to play my online games without a lag time or screen freezing/jumping. I played for several hours and the unit never heated up. I have burn marks on my legs from my previous laptop overheating. The battery life allowed me to play for long periods of time. The keyboard is lit, helping me to see even in a dimly lit room. I can use it in various positions, using it in tablet mode as well. This is great since I spend much of my time in bed. Windows has a new browser called Edge which has none of the problems you find with Explorer. The screens load almost instantly and I haven't had the browser crash. I had several windows opened at once without a sluggish response. I was so excited I called my daughter to tell her my new laptop came. She groaned and told me she couldn't come over until the weekend. I loved telling her I was all set to go!
