These guys are crooks

I ordered a blue skirt and they sent me a black one. I decided to keep it even though I have a few other black skirts but I wrote to the seller that i will order again and really need a blue one. They sent me a blue one that has been tried out by someone else (the buttons weren`t wrapped up in paper like they were on the black one) and it also had a defect. There is no time to return it as I am flying out shortly and need the skirt on my trip. I feel very disappointed and will never order from this seller again.
