The hat came in a little bag folded up and of course it got so wrinkled. Seller told me to return but my 5 year old nephew was really expecting a fedora for his 5th birthday. So I gave it to him tried to use blow dryer to release some wrinkle but of course some were just in tge brim and places it wouldn't come out.
