Study Room Furniture Assembly

Based on its purchased use for an elderly 107 year old woman, my concerns about the product's discomfort and safety. The leg rest is cumbersome to operate, the backrest lacks sufficient padding and support causing the balls to protrude, that's without using heat and the excessive swiveling and it leans too far makes it unstable, but the assembly was handled very professionally and on time by Angie handyman

Bought this couch as a single mom with a small family - it's what I could afford. I'm begging you not to waste your money here. The cushions are thin, couch hard as a rock. Customer support for returns a nightmare. It wasn't highest quality so I wasn't expecting anything grand- however, it's the shedding that I can't put up with. It ruins every outfit if I sit on it or kids sit on it before school. It's worse than a dog. Customer support says vacuum. I did. They say use lint roller. I have until I am rollered out. I won't let visitors sit on it because it embarrasses me how bad it sheds. They want me to disassemble and somehow get this couch back to FedEx. Listen, I paid the extra pro assembly and bring it downstairs fee because I knew I wasn't capable of carrying this myself. And I certainly can't lug this thing up the stairs into a truck of some kind. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase this one. There's gotta be something better.
