Better than the Boppy
This is the best breast feeding pillow. The lumbar support makes it very comfortable for mom and the level top makes it easy to keep baby latched on. I found that the Boppy sloped down too much and I had to keep adjusting the baby during a feeding this doesn't happen with the brest friends.

I have a Boppy pillow and was always having trouble with it staying in place if I had to move the slightest bit. This pillow is amazing. Not only does it stay put with the straps, it provides much needed back support while feeding. It even has a pocket to keep the phone, remote, bottled water or whatever you need close by. It's a new mom must have.

We bought this for our daughter who just had her first child. She is absolutely thrilled with it, says it helps immeasurably while she is nursing our grandbaby. She had been borrowing a "boppy pillow" from a girlfriend but wasn't happy with its sloping design.
