1) Turn on device and choose desired setting: anti-aging (red), acne (blue), or combo (purple).
2) Hold lights against skin of treatment area.
3) Device will auto shut-off after 3 minutes.
4) Repeat for additional treatment areas, if desired.
5) Treat up to 3x per area, per day.
