disappointment

I got it connected and on the first round of hairpin start, the plastic slid off and the bars bent. Then the plastic would not adhere with the plastic latch, kept opening up.horribly made, I am really disappointed, Boye should made a wooden one where it won't break before you can use it...and the metal bars made to NOT bend...I always buy Boye brand over others, but now am rethinking...
