These are a little pricey. But with 20 GRAMS PROTEIN, they cut appetite for hours...so you're not throwing away snack money.. In addition, they contain electrolytes to keep us hydrated. I only gave 4 on the taste simply because even though the watermelon/strawberry flavor is good, I like the peach/mango the best. SUPER PRODUCT.

This is a good way to get some protein in a hurry. Much tastier and more palatable than most other ways. I have used it use it every morning for a long time to wash down my vitamins, etc. I also take it along when I'm out and don't have time to stop to get food. I always have it on hand.
