We just went to pick up the tie

And it was great in theory. However, where it was supposed to have my husband's name, my daughter (who was buying this for her father) was very disappointed to see "BILLUPS" Really? Now a few days before Christmas, and there is no way to get one made properly. Shame. She was really looking forward to ngiving this gift.
