Horrible battery life

We are not satisfied with our item because the life life of the product is horrible and we have to constantly charge the product. It dies within the hour. We have to keep charging or leave in on the charger if we want it to keep a consistent charger to be used. The product is for our daughter and she has been using it constantly but has to keep putting it on the charger. The battery life is no good and we may have to buy a new battery for product. It is costing us more than we wanted to spend. The product isn't to bad other than the battery life and having to constantly put it on the charger.
