While this isn't THE most healthy cheddar flavored popcorn out there, it is one of the "cleanest" I've seen and tasted FAR better than others I've tried (you should research most cheddar flavored snack foods - there are a lot of ingredients in them that are NOT good for you). Also, because of how rich this popcorn is - I don't feel like I have to devour the whole bag at a time to feel full/satisfied, which I personally think is an added bonus. Fun fact: I rarely bought popcorn before, but I'm def a loyal customer now - TY!!

I love this popcorn and the carmel but all Walmarts don't carry it. And the ones that do have every other flavor but those 2.
