Easy to use
The coffee scoop has a retractable base- so you don't pour in the coffee grounds-- let me explain in steps- you scoop up coffee grounds, hold the scoop over the refillable pod and pull back the lever to release the coffee grounds into the refillable pod. It is definitely a lot easier to do then it sounds! Also easy to clean.
