Great for quick easy breakfast, brunch, lunch or even a snack. I don't know if there're good for parents who want their kidos to eat healthy. The frosting melts so they do get a little messy. My fav is apple so I can't speak to the rest. My family loves them 🤤 We've been eating them for years. We are family of four and we're all adults 2-46, 1-26 and 1-21 so I have to buy a lot of them. I wish they sold them in a major bulk 🤷🏾♀️ I don't have to go to 3 Walmart's and 2 H-E-B's to buy all they have
