Open face belt and buckle. Can't beat them.

Not as heavy as military issue but is perfect for everyday wear. I usually have a folding knife with case hung off belt for work purposes and have had no problem what so ever with it. I forget it's there until I need it. So the belt not only holds my pants up but also carries a tool. The open face buckle takes a good bite and the belt can be easily adjusted to fit just to where you want it. No pre-punched holes. When you first get the belt just cut it to the length you want, fasten it in the grip slot, and you'r good to go. As a bonus it's comfortable to wear. For the price this is a great belt.

Cut the belt to size; fits perfect in and secure in belt latch slot. Open face buckle takes a secure and "no slip" bite in web belt to hold it securely in place. Comfortable. Good, fair price for a quality belt and buckle.
