Improved reliability over old modem

Our old modem (Arris SB6141) had some type of issue where it reset itself a few times per day, briefly knocking out our internet connection each time. This TP-Link modem is rock solid and maintains our connection 24/7 without interruption. Setup on Xfinity was a breeze, didn't even have to call. All that was required was to plug in the modem to the cable connection, plug a laptop computer directly into the modem Ethernet port (bypassing router), and load up the activation web page from the laptop. 5 minutes later everything was up and running. TP-Link even provided a little slip of paper with the activation web address!
