The package arrived ahead of schedule, the box was banged up, luckily the glass was not broken, but some pieces were scratched. The package doesn't come with any instructions for assembly, and does not come with the correct hardware to fully install the light. You will need to go the hardware store and pick up a standard crossbar for mounting (the one included is too small and there are no screws for mounting to a crossbar), and other hardware (I had to use a lamp nipple and nuts to secure the light to the backplate, there might be a better way but that's what I found that fit). It does look nice and I'll make it work, but definitely does not come with what I expected. I would have given 4-5 stars if it came with the expected hardware and instructions.
