Clean Front to Rear!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swash 1400 delivers clean front to back! Purchased in Nov. but didn't get to install till Feb 1. Using it for a few weeks and the clean can't be beat! Pros: Heated seat- Duh! Heated wash- this is the number one complaint I hear about bidet seats from other unhappy owners of other products. Adjustable wash positions, spray pressure and width- WOW- options! Saving on TP-Down to a single check wipe/use! Eco mode and Remote! Easy to clean. Cons: Night Lite only in blue, and not dimmable for late night standing business. And remote not fully backlit when it's dark- I know where the buttons are now, but there were times early on that were entertaining :-) Great product. Would bidet here again. Also got the water filters so we'll see how longevity is in a few years.

Installed about 2 months and still very happy with the purchase. It does everything as advertised, and other than an flimsier lid than expected, is of quality construction. The only thing that would make it even better is an automatic closer One comment for buyers is to be sure there is enough room at power and water sources to install.

Swash 1400

We received our elongated Swash 1400 bidet seat and were able to install easily. Now that we are able to see/use the seat we have several suggestions: 1. Wish the seat opening was larger. We've broadened our horizons as we've aged! A larger opening would be appreciated. 2. Seems it would be nice to inject a drop of liquid soap into the water stream during a wash cycle. a. Would provide a better sense of cleanliness b. May leave a “powder” fresh smell... Please give us credit for these ideas IF we happen to be the first to suggest!
