I'm sure this BOOK is fine. But the title is misleading to show up on different websites that show different retailers selling the PROGRAM. This shows up as a program on searches and is the cheapest, so of course you click on it. I imagine there will be other unhappy customers thinking they are getting a Microsoft Office 2016 Key and instead open up a package and find a book in there. Yes, I know it's my fault for not reading the rest of the description, but I have to scroll down to find it, and like most busy shoppers on black friday 2017, you are trying to snap up as many deals as possible. The title of the product should be MIcrosoft Office 2016 THE BOOK so people aren't simply clicking on it thinking it's the program.
