Synthetic rubber and fluoropolymer elastomer, coated in graphite. These replacement o-rings are an exact match to the barrel seals included in your model when it came off the assembly line. This is the superior material for the gas system barrel seal, the same material used by when your unit was new. Don't trust inferior materials used in many aftermarket parts, with lower temperature specs and less chemical resistance. These synthetic o-rings will hold up against solvents used to clean your Charles Daly 12ga, as well as perform flawlessly up to 600 F.

Important Note: The majority of Charles Daly 12ga models use this o-ring size the same as the Remington 1100/11-87 12ga. However, a few of them use a thicker o-ring. There is no rhyme or reason to the serial numbers for the few that use the thicker o-ring. Please measure your old o-ring to confirm it is approximately 1 diameter and about 1/16 thick to ensure this is the o-ring to fit your Charles Daly model.
