Magnesium salicylate may cause stomach bleeding. Persons with kidney disease, or persons on a magnesium-restricted diet should consult a doctor before using. Do not use if you are allergic to salicylates (including aspirin). Ask a doctor before use if you have: asthma, stomach problems (such as heartburn, upset stomach or stomach pain) that persists or recur, ulcers, bleeding problems, kidney disease.
