OUTSTANDING SERVICE

I ordered my first paddle from the Pickleball Central website. There were lots of choices and good information regarding each of the paddles. I ordered my second paddle from a Pickleball Central sales rep, who was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. Both paddles arrived days before the estimated delivery date.

Great customer service!

In the notes area of my order, I wrote "This is a Christmas gift. Is there any way to mark the carton "DO NOT OPEN"? Thanks! ;-)," and frankly, my expectation that someone would read my note and do that was pretty low. I was wrong! Some DID read my note and DID mark the carton "DO NOT OPEN"! Thank you to whoever that was at Pickleball Central. Now THAT'S customer service!
