Laser is very accurate. Customer Service is great!

The Laser is very accurate, within 1/16". Customer Service is great! The first tape measure I received had a problem with the plastic cover for the laser button. It was not secured and would fall off. I contacted customer service by E-mail. They returned my E-mail in a couple of hours, asked for my mailing address, and within two days a replacement tape measure arrived in the mail.

Flawless Tool

Everything about this tool was pleasing to my husband. It is sturdy, easy to read and easy to maneuver. There is no set up required, it works right out of the box after inserting the batteries. It comes with a small screwdriver and batteries to make the first use easy. The read out is big enough for aging eyesight and the overall feel of the tool is sturdy.
