RANVN 143 Lbs. Two-wheel Tow Bicycle Wagon Trailer, Cargo Wagon, Nylon Cloth, Folding Frame and Bicycle Coupler, Outdoors

I really wasn't expecting too much for an inexpensive trailer, I just wanted the occasional ability to haul stuff with my bike. I was even considering weekend camping trips, Well the trailer arrived a couple of days ahead of schedule and unpacking and assembly was simple. I might put new tires on, but right now I see no need to. There are two side rails that protect the wheels and the ones that were in the box were 2" too short. (Probably for a different trailer). I wrote customer service and received a reply within hours even on a weekend. They suggested that I might find replacements locally and offered me a cash rebate. Alternatively I could request a new trailer. This is what I did and the company stated no charge and that I could also keep the trailer I received. The replacement trailer arrived in a few days and the rails were correct.. So now I have two functional trailers for the cost of one and I am very happy. Again, I am very happy with customer service and happy with the "awesome" trailer. Now I am looking forward to buying from them again. Steve in California.

Got this trailer today. Esembly instructions are not in English. Turn the paper over and you have picture instructions. but the trailer is pretty simple to put together. The notorious wheel clips are gone in favor of cotter keys so now no tools needed for assembly. Also they fixed the cargo bag by sewing the corners so small items can no longer fall out. The cover, they sewed Velcro in to the cover flaps and the sides of the cargo bag so they stay on good but they didn't do anything to secure the front and rear flaps. so when your riding the breeze opens the front of the trailer. What were they thinking? Still no reflectors on the back but reflective tap should fix that plus a tail light and safety flag added to the left rear corner post. I simply attached the flag with zip ties. The hitch bar has a lot of slop in it and the spring that allows the trailer to isolate, turn and move up and down has a lot of slop. I have another smaller cargo trailer that has a much more solid tow bar. The trailer should work for me but disappointed in the quality and the stuff like the top where you have to ask,... "What were they thinking".
