Spenco RX Ball-of-Foot Cushions offer contoured metatarsal arch support and padding for the ball-of-foot. A metatarsal arch cookie, a specially shaped cushion, provides comfort and support where the metatarsal arch needs it most. Spencore material absorbs shock and impact for maximum comfort and exclusive cushioning. The top layer is made of a 4-way stretch fabric with Silpure antimicrobial technology that prevents blisters and controls odors. Spenco RX Ball of Foot Cushions are ideal for dress, casual, and athletic shoes to provide all day forefoot comfort and cushioning especially to those suffering from metatarsalgia or Moton's Neuroma. Cushions may be trimmed as needed to fit your shoes. Hand wash in warm water and air dry as needed.

Not what I expected
I wanted to use these ball-of-foot cushions in my high heels but they are way too thick. Maybe if you wear them in sneakers or those shoes made specifically for food industry workers, nurses, etc., they might work but office workers need something to make their shoes comfortable too! They seem to be made well, had no weird smells, and can actually be trimmed to fit the shoe. Unfortunately, I couldn't trim them how I needed.
