It works great. I get about 4 servings done before It turns off so the compressor doesn't go bad. Don't listen to the instructions of 2 cups heavy whipping cream and one can (14 ounces) of sweet and condensed milk. I did 2 cups HWC and 1 cup SCM and it turned out perfectly
