At this price point, not economical.

I bought a new XXL-2 that came with this oil and I'm using it now to break in my engine. Let do the math for 4 quarts or liters of pre-mixed gas. Using Dynamite High Performance Small Block 2-Cycle Oil, 282cc @$16.99 x 4 = $67.96 92 octane gas in my area averages $1.45 a liter x 4 = $5.80 Total = $73.76 A gallon of quality nitro methane fuel averages $45-$65

Someone flunked basic math

The oil now costs $12 to make one gallon at a 14 to 1 ratio... that is simply pour one 282cc bottle of this oil into one gallon of high octane gasoline.....even if you use "Small Engine Fuel" 94 octane race gas from Sunoco which has NO ethanol and costs $10 per gallon.....that is $22 per gallon vs. $40 or $50 for Nitro depending on % of Nitro. I use "Small Engine Fuel" in all of my chainsaws, lawn mower, weed wacker, snow blowers, etc....have used it for 5 years now, keep it in the tank over winter... everything works great, starts right up and no expensive carbs that get wrecked by ethanol to replace at $100's of dollars each...Not sure how that 1st reviewer came up with his numbers, and hopefully is not ruining his $300 engine by breaking it in with the wrong oil to fuel ratio.......its simple...add 1 bottle of oil at 282cc to 1 gallon of high octane gasoline.....that gives you the 14 to 1 ratio......automatically........
