Great vegetarian soup mix!
This actually comes out really well! I was very pleased to find this is vegetarian. I like to put my own spin on such packaged soup starters. I began this one with some frozen broccoli and a peeled potato. I also added in a package of broccoli cheese rice a roni mix and a bit of butter, boiling all of it for a bit before whisking in the soup mix. Toward the end, I stirred in some milk and sour cream. I think it came out really tasty and made quite a lot! I topped it off with some shredded Mexican mixed cheese. It's kind of fun to work in your own creative ideas and make it to your liking. This works well as a basic soup mix, doing much of the work for you. You can make it quite quickly. I'm very pleased with this purchase!

Fast, easy, delicious- a good break for the cook
This is extremely easy to make. In less than 10 minutes, with just the soup and water, heated to a boil and mixed well, there's easily enough to soup for two people to make a big meal of, or for a soup course for three adults. It's really as good as any I've had out. It's very cheesy with bits of broccoli. My family loves it. I cook almost everything from scratch, so it's nice for me when we have this, the family doesn't mind at all, and it's a good break for me.
