These are great Idahoan Reduced Sodium Buttery Homestyle Mashed Potatoes. They are very handy for quick mashed potatoes and taste like they are made from scratch potatoes. they have less sodium than other brands which makes them a lot healthier for those who have to watch their sodium intake. I have been using these potatoes for several months.
