Review

I ordered the frame in early December and got a shipping confirmation on 12/11. Another notice on 12/15 said the item was "in transit", and that's where it stayed through Christmas Eve. The final notice said delivery would be on 12/26, which it was. The post office certainly had issues last year with delays, so this was probably where the fault lies. I've ordered from your company a number of times and never had an issue. I'll chalk this up to a one-off aberration.

Shipping Code

Hey guys,Tried to reach out as I followed the instructions for the "free shipping" advertised in the initial sign up: I entered the code and it never worked. Then I received a bunch of notifications for different discounts and promos, but I had already placed my order and nobody was replying to me to add it to my current order.Otherwise, I really enjoyed it. Was easy, fit great and arrived on time and in great packaging. I even recommended y'all to my brother.

Quality. Easy and fast!

Got 4 frames, they were all great well made and arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I also like that I was able to use decimals in the configuration tool. It made it simple to take measurements from the sites I purchased the posters from and size them appropriately.
