Poor Shipping Time

I wanted to receive this and the other one I bought in time before I flew out to my niece's birthday. I paid for a rush delivery to arrive on the 5th. It was not there when I checked my mail on the 6th. The status says delivered but I've already gone and come back, so now I have to pay for additional shipping to send it to her. Ridiculous.
