Good product, poor shipping
The Covergirl nail polish is, I trust, of the quality I expect. The product rating suffers here because the item, sold through Revolution Goods, was chipped prior to shipping -- judging by the extent of damage and the fact no pieces were found beneath the protective foam wrap or within the shipment box. I'd buy again from Walmart but will avoid this seller.
