The Gun Club could best described as tribal psychobilly blues. Active from 1979 to 1996, the post-punk band from Los Angeles was led by vocalist, guitarist and songwriter Jeffrey Lee Pierce. Collected here are 6 of the bands 7-inch singles remastered and reprinted with original artwork and an additional exclusive 7-inch featuring the 'Miami Demos' of "Cry To Me" and "Give Up The Sun". The booklet features never-before-seen photographs, flyers and rare ephemera, alongside in-depth liner notes from acclaimed author Clinton Heylin, as well as reminisces and words from Thurston Moore, Henry Rollins, John Doe and more. Also included are a 'Fire Of Love' Fanzine by Mike Mastrangelo, a rare Ruby Records promotional postcard and a Gun Club 'Gun' Badge.
