Switch wired wrong, no reply from company

The starter switch was wired wrong, now quad has no spark, I tried on my wife's quad which was running at the time and now that has no spark either, didn't check wires on switch seeing as it is brand new, direct from manufacturer, until both quads stopped running and now I'm going to have to buy more parts, OBVIOUSLY ELSEWHERE, to get quads back up and running... I would not recommend buying from this company, if you do, check what you receive, make sure everything is wired correctly before installing
