Great mop with one drawback
This mop soaks up a lot of water and is very easy to wring out since the mechanism is built into the mop. It works best on rough surfaces, on which it absorbs a lot of the water from the crevices and dimples in the surface. It's not quite so good on glossy or smooth surfaces, on which it tends to move the water around rather than soaking it up. The main drawback to this mop is that it is very time consuming to get it thoroughly soaked with water before you can start using it. Seriously, I've taken five minutes trying to soak it if it was completely dry to begin with. If you use the mop frequently, like every day or two then it's very quick to absorb enough water to use it. If the mop isn't soaking wet it won't pick up water at all. Seems counterintuitive, but that's the case. In spite of the problem with the initial soaking process, this is the best mop I've found for cleaning since it really excels on rougher surfaces and is very easy to strain.

Change the deceiving picture.
I noticed in April there is the same complaint I have. I ordered the Mighty Thirsty Mop. I never got thee the extra mop cartridge or the 2 hand sponges shown in the picture. I called in wanting them to send me the missing pieces of my order. I was told they could not send me the missing pieces. The rep was very nice about it. They did give me a refund but after almost 2 months why haven't they changed the picture? You would think a big company like Walmart would know what false advertisement is.
