Good honey from the USA.

I was pleased with this purchase. I was looking for honey that is harvested in USA, not turkey or Argentina or Greece or anywhere else in the world. My main concern with honey is that I need local honey due to my allergies. I've read somewhere that using local honey is a great addition for allergies.

Needed a refill on honey and bought this because the price was reasonable. Oh.MY.oh.MY! This honey is to die for!!! It is a delicious blend of different varieties of flower honey--it's not as strong a flavor as clover honey and not as mild as fireweed, but JUST RIGHT! DELICIOUS!!! It's not overpowering when used as a sweetener, either; just DELIGHTFUL! And the fact that it is processed in a manner to retain it's natural qualities instead of killing all the micronutrients is a bonus! As long as this company remains in business and the bees keep collecting, they've got MY business.

I never was a fan of honey until I tasted Ambrosia Honey! it's perfect for my morning drink for my brain, which consist of honey, powered dark chocolate, cinnamon and crushed flax seed. Ambrosia made it perfect and honey, as well as these other ingredients, are good for the brain, esp.as you get older!
