Do not buy this Thermometer!!!

Worst thermometer I have ever owned! If I hadn't thrown away the packaging I would have returned it. I have had several instant reads and this one is NOT instant. It takes forever to get a reading, it climbs up degree by degree. Also very difficult to get the cover off and on. So disappointed!
