I was hessitant to purchase. Reviews almost scared me off. Reviews about the directions.. the parts.. all wrong. I am extremely overweight with Ashma. I found the instructions simple like all the others putting things together. There were extra extra screws and nuts and that's rare. Tools for the job provided all I needed. Easy to put together. Time consuming yes - three hours for me with breaks.. taking my time. I read the instructions were complex or not included so before I ordered it I contacted the manufacturer and they resonded in hours and sent instructions with toll free numbers to assist if I needed assistance. I didnt - and I found the item comes with the instructions - still Customer Service is top notch. Any one telling you anything other is the company's competition - deliberately wrong or an extremely unlucky person.

i put together myself without help in 4 hours. very sturdy steucture but take caution not to forget the step to put the window on roof or you will have to disassemble in order tp install properly. great buy!
