I love it!! Just in time for the summer!! I'll be honest.. this was wayyyyy bigger than I expected!! Not something you want to carry around a lot. It's not as heavy as it looks but sure isn't lightweight either!! The kids were mesmerized by the light show!! My Nephew seriously couldn't keep his eyes off the speakers!! Seems very durable!! Battery life is decent!! I have no reason to test to see if it's waterproof or not because I don't have the energy to wipe or dry or test it out in sand. Water and metal speaker grills equals corrosion and rust! If you want this unit to last a long time... keep it away from all the things that makes this awesome!! Ex. The iPhone is water resistant... your not going to dump it in water frequently to find out though huh?? Btw: if you are going to the beach with no reception.. be mentally prepared!! Create and download a music playlist in advance just so you don't get stuck with awesome speakers and no music streaming!!
