Its pretty good for a small unit. Easy to assemble and install. Hopefully it lasts a long time. Got it recently. It's installed in the living room (decent size living room); which is next to the kitchen. We have long hallway and 2 bedrooms, and it cools most of the apartment. Too cold for my 91 year old father on the coldest setting... have to turn it to a less cold setting when he's hanging out in the living room.
