Yonico Bottom Cleaning Dado Router Bit 1-1/4"W X 5/8"H - 1/2" Shank - 14975

Cut perfectly clean 1-1/4" wide dados with the Yonico 14975 bottom cleaning router bit. The two cutters meet in the centre of the bit which leaves behind a very cleanly routed path. Can also be used to clear larger areas of material. Our bottom cleaning router bits feature centre-meeting cutters that function as regular straight bit cutters with additional bottom cleaning properties. This will leave nicely cleaned-up routed bottom surfaces. This is especially useful when clearing large areas that will remain exposed. In contrast, cutters on most straight router bits do not meet at the very centre of the bit, therefore dados and pockets, cut with regular straight bits often result with less than perfectly smooth bottom surfaces.
