Works well!

A pair of my favorite shoes had lost a heel tap. My husband replaced it using one of these. He did have to trim it a little to fit the exact shape. I couldn't be happier to have my favorite shoes back! These have a slightly rubberized texture on the bottom that gives added grip, which is a plus in my book--especially when walking on slick tile floors!

replacement heel tips for boots/shoes

Just received these items. Appear to be of good quality, only time will tell on how they wear. The pin diameter is a little larger than the standard 2.9mm. In my case, bigger was better since I can file down the diameter to fit snuggly into the heel shaft. To small would have been a problem. The shipment time was satisfactory and was what they said it would be, if anything, a little earlier.
