Bought this for my husband. His on month 4 and beard and mustache is longer and thicker! Mustache goes into his mouth lol so needs a good trimming now but even as a general vitamin it is amazing. His Dr looked up this product as he is a diabetic and actually said this was helping his numbers go down. So now even more I will definitely be keeping this product on the shelf monthly.
