For many, many years I use the blue and clear variants for riding my motorcycle, keeps bugs, sand etc from my eyes. The blue in daytime, the clear in the dark. Every few years I buy a new set, when you drop them there is some pitting, not dangerous but the clear view is disturbed, it is no problem for me.
