Immune System Support

I bought this to help support my immune system. I liked the size of the capsules, small and easy to swallow and would definitely buy again as the benefits are really good! As I'm getting older I'm all about taking quality supplements that help long term.

Excellent!

I've been using Indole-3-Carbinol for a few months, to help manage estrogen dominance, and so far, it's been a positive experience. While I haven't had a recent blood panel to confirm changes, I've definitely been feeling better overall, and I've noticed that my acne has reduced. The ingredients are simple and to the point, high-quality, with no unnecessary additives. The size of the capsules is small and they are easy to swallow.

It is ok

The quality seems ok and the ingredients as well. I really like that the packaging size is perfect for the quantity it has inside, not crazy big like other brands, and 3 pills. The benefits of the pills I still have to test but if they are work I will update here. I think this combined with the right diet would be perfect
