Unfortunately I can't review the acurelief wraps I ordered bc thats not what I received, I got Tokmasser wraps instead which have no icepacks, its just a foam hat. I recommend ordering this elsewhere bc what I was sent is clearly not the wraps pictured above. I'll be returning these.
