Braveman Men's Wool Blend Coats

I absolutely love this coat.. Everything about it works for me. I do have a major problem with how the manufacturer shipped it to me. It was shipped in a rather tight bag not a box. It was so jammed in the bag it took two attempts with my steam iron to remove the creases and wrinkles that were pressed into the coat. This is an awful way to ship products of this nature and price.... At least it was not vacuumed sealed like some shirts and polos arrive. I almost need to take the coat to a dry cleaner and see what they could easier than I had to do. I probably will not order this type of product on line from you again. You need a better method of having this type of product get to the customer. I love coat and look forward to using it .
