Very Disappointed.

The picture of the valances I ordered showed sides on the valances.Instead I received valances that looked like the above picture.( The pictures inside the packages showed the valances with the sides,but that wasn't what was in the packages.) Evidently someone put the wrong valances in these packages.I cannot return them,because I need something up to those windows,so I will have to keep them.I wasted $20.
