Bought two. One great, the other not

Bought two, after installation one works perfectly but the other has a light that shorted out. Customer service gave a prompt response but now the original packaging is gone, I have to have an electrician take this one down, have to repackage it, send it and wait for one that works then when I get the new one, need to have the electrician hook that one up. Costly. Not ideal.

I would give a rating of zero if it was an option. I ordered a chandelier on June 13th 2021 with an estimated shipped date between June 28th - July 9th. Then received an email with a new estimated shipped date of July 16th. On July 21st I received an email saying the product was back in stock. It's now July 24th and no chandelier and no shipped date. Going to look local for same chandelier or similar to it. Very unhappy with false communication and no product.
