Microwave Directions1. In round 2-quart microwaveable glass casserole, combine quinoa/brown rice blend, contents of spice sack, 1-3/4 cups water, and 1 teaspoon olive oil.2. Cover; microwave at High for 6 minutes. Mix.3. Cover; microwave at High for 6 to 10 minutes or until all water is absorbed.4. Let stand 5 minutes.5. Fluff lightly with fork before serving*Microwave ovens may vary. Adjust times as needed. Range Top Directions1 In a medium saucepan, bring quinoa brown rice blend, 1 teaspoon olive oil and 2 cups water to a boil.2Turn heat to medium boil, add contents of Spice Sack and mix well.3 Boilgently with lid on for 1922 minutes until water is absorbed.4 Removefrom heat. Let stand covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving. High Altitude PreparationAt high altitudes, increase water to 2 cups and cook time by 5 minutes.
